Looking back, the lack of material abundance had in a way affected the way I shopped later on. Deep down, I saw wearing designers was a way to feel worthy and validated. Minimalism changed me in many ways. I no longer care much about impressing others, and I don't see shopping as a way to fill a void. On the surface, things might not look as shiny, but I've never been happier on the inside xx
