2021 Rose Nursery Successes and Failures

For every win in our small farm business, it seems there's also a failure to be accounted for. While I admit that there's a certain amount of "Fake it 'til you make it" that we engage in while promoting our farm, I also want to be frank about where we've struggled. This year it was the tough balance of trying to give enough attention to the farm while also wrapping up my time at the day job. Some things did fall through the cracks to be sure, and I'm happy to be on the other side of 2021.
